   National  expert  on  homeless  medicine,  Dr. Jim  O'Connell  is  President  of the
   Boston Health Care for the Homeless.  He has overseen the growth and development of
   a citywide service delivery network that has emerged as a national model in the care of
   this vulnerable population.  Please join us for "Reflections from the Street:  2 Decades
   of Caring for Rough Sleepers in Boston."
